3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Vital Phase does not guarantee employment, certification, professional advancement, study assignment, site selection, sponsor selection, regulatory approval, enrollment performance, business results, revenue, or any other specific professional, clinical research, or commercial outcome.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or descriptions of past experience, if displayed, are illustrative only and do not guarantee that any user or client will achieve the same or similar results.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or content of third-party websites or services.

10. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but clinical research standards, regulations, guidance, technologies, and industry practices may change. We do not warrant that Website content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every circumstance.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vital Phase from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through the Website.

15. International Use

The Website is operated from the United States. We do not represent that Website content is appropriate, lawful, or available for use in every jurisdiction. Users accessing the Website from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to them.
